If you are not satisfied with a MythaPrism plan or license bought on mythaprism.com, for any reason, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to the first payment of a monthly or annual subscription, to renewal payments, and to the annual Creator and Studio licenses. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval; access to the paid features ends when the refund is issued.
Email support@mythaprism.com from the address you bought with, or use the Manage subscription / Request refund link in the Paddle receipt you received by email (paddle.net). Either route reaches us; we confirm every request within two business days.
You may cancel a subscription or annual license at any time from your account, from the Paddle receipt link, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Pricing, including early-bird pricing, is described in Terms of Service §4.
The MythaPrism free tier lets you use the core studio at no charge, with no account and no time limit, so you can confirm it fits your printer and workflow before paying.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the country you buy in — for example the 14-day withdrawal right of consumers in the EU, EEA and UK. Where local law gives you more than this policy, the law applies. Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to purchases made through Paddle.
Plans bought inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google. Refunds for those purchases are issued by Apple or Google under the App Store and Google Play refund policies and are requested through the store; our 14-day guarantee above applies to purchases made on mythaprism.com.
Website payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, receipts and refunds; you can reach Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
