MythaPrism respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. The tool processes images locally and does not host user uploads; this policy applies to any content that appears on our website, community pages or file libraries.
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent — by email to support@mythaprism.com (subject "DMCA notice") or by mail to the address under Designated agent below — including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material and where it appears; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or Maryland if outside the U.S.).
MythaPrism does not host, list or sell users' prints or files. If you find an infringing item for sale on a marketplace, report it to that marketplace first — they can remove the listing. You may also tell us: where a MythaPrism account is shown to be used for infringement we will act on the account under our Terms (§3a, §6), even though the listing itself is not ours.
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers: two substantiated complaints within twelve months, or one clear and wilful infringement, closes the account.
On receiving a notice that meets the requirements above we act expeditiously: material we host that is identified in the notice is removed or disabled, and the account that posted it is told why and given a copy of the notice. If a counter-notice that meets the requirements above is received, we forward it to the person who sent the original notice; unless that person tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice. A notice or counter-notice that is incomplete may be returned with a request for the missing items.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, is liable for the resulting damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Please make sure a notice or counter-notice is accurate before sending it.
