This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the MythaPrism software (the "Software"). By using the Software you agree to it.
Subject to your plan and these terms, MythaPrism LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software:
"MythaPrism for Blender" is a separate product made of two parts. (i) The add-on (the Python package you install in Blender) is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or (at your option) any later version — the license every Blender add-on that uses Blender's Python API must carry. Its source code is included in the download. The GPL, not this EULA, governs your right to copy, modify and redistribute the add-on; nothing in §3 limits what the GPL allows for it. What you buy when you purchase the add-on is a copy, updates and support from us; it is $15 one-time for Free and Plus users and is included with Pro (it ships inside the Export Package and is available from the account panel). (ii) The MythaPrism Studio scene (the .blend starter file) is a MythaPrism asset: you may use it freely in your own work, commercial or not, but you may not resell or redistribute the file itself as a template or asset. The add-on contains none of the color-matching engines; it reads the Blender file (.glb) the Software exports and writes files for your slicer, and it never connects to the network.
"Blender" is a trademark of the Blender Foundation. MythaPrism for Blender is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official product of the Blender Foundation; the name describes what the add-on works with.
Selling, licensing, or otherwise commercially distributing prints or files you create with the Software requires an active annual Creator or Studio license. The Creator Bundle is the Plus tier for one year plus this commercial license; the Studio Bundle is the Pro tier for one year plus this commercial license. The license covers both physical prints and the digital files you make with the Software (3MF/STL, previews and project files). Monthly Plus/Pro plans and the free tier are for personal use only. Your finished creations are yours; this clause governs the commercial right to use our Software, not ownership of your artwork.
A Creator or Studio license is a license to use MythaPrism commercially. It is not a license to anyone else's work. It permits you to sell prints and files that you make from images and designs you own or are properly licensed to use commercially — your own photographs (with the consent of anyone pictured), artwork you created, work you commissioned with commercial rights, or stock, public-domain and Creative-Commons material used within its terms. It gives you no right whatsoever to reproduce, print, sell or distribute artwork, photographs, characters, logos, brands, designs, models or likenesses that belong to someone else, and buying it does not change who owns those things. Selling such items is prohibited on every plan and is your liability alone (Terms of Service §3a, §8a and §10).
You may not: use the Software to create, print, share or sell material that infringes anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights (Terms §3a); copy, resell, sublicense, share, rent or redistribute the Software or your account; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract its source except where the law permits; bypass or disable a tier gate, watermark, device limit or rate limit, or remove proprietary notices or watermarks from outputs; access the engine-planning service other than through the Software, or probe, scrape, replay or systematically query it to reconstruct, train, or imitate its engines; run the Software with bots or automation against our services; or use the Software or the service to build a competing product. The engines, their planning logic, model weights and calibration data are trade secrets of MythaPrism LLC.
Engines and features labelled "beta" are provided for evaluation and may change, be renamed or be removed as they mature; results from beta engines should be test-printed before relying on them.
The Software, its engines (including those that run on our server), and the MYTHAPRISM™ brand are owned by MythaPrism LLC and protected by intellectual-property and trade-secret law. This EULA licenses, not sells, the Software to you. The MythaPrism for Blender add-on is the exception: its code is free software under the GPL (§1a), while its name and the MYTHAPRISM™ mark remain ours.
Subscription and license rights last while your plan is active. The commercial right to sell ends if your Creator/Studio license lapses (though items already sold remain sold). We may terminate this license immediately for breach — including any use of the Software to infringe others' rights; on termination you must stop using the paid features and the apps. Sections 2, 3, 4 and 6 survive termination.
The Software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability as set out in the Terms of Service.
Maryland, USA. Disputes about this EULA are handled as set out in Terms of Service §12, including — for users in the United States — binding individual arbitration, the class-action waiver and the 30-day opt-out.
